Your body’s healthy, peaceful vibration is something in the range of 8 hertz (cycles per second) – think 8 mph as another analogy. You are constantly being pummeled by cell phones that are at 60 hertz or – in this analogy – 60 mph. It’s unpleasant to imagine, but in order to GET the immensity, please imagine you are driving in your car at only 8mph and you get rear-ended at 60mph. When I realized this I was truly shocked.
It sounds like science fiction –
but it’s not. Anytime you are using a cell phone, you’re head is being “RUN OVER” by the energy that is the equivalent of 60 mph. I have personally muscle tested thousands of people, and 99.9% of them weaken when they hold a cell phone to their head. We’re talking robust healthy gals and guys who can’t resist a slight pressure on a muscle. When sitting in front of a computer, the waves from your color monitor are coming toward you at 540 hertz or miles per hour!
Peace and harmony with another person…
Imagine that you can see the waves of energy coming from you and another person with whom you feel peaceful and harmonious. What you would see when everything is incoherent is a beautiful pattern of waves, moving and vibrating in cooperative tandem. All the waves are of about the same frequency and amplitude (loudness). The interactions are smooth and harmonious. It’s a beautiful dance to watch.
Discomfort with difficult people……..
Now imagine that a very forceful, controlling person enters the room. The waves emanating from them are erratic and much louder. The peaceful, harmonious waves that you saw before are scattered and overwhelmed. As you watch longer, the original peaceful waves begin to take on the same erratic frequency as that of the controlling person.
Rather than a beautiful dance, what you are watching much more resembles a fight, and you, the peaceful person, just lost. You feel exhausted, anxious, and possibly even angry. Over time if you are in a state of non-coherence on a frequent or even constant basis your energy field and body begin to break down. You can become depressed even extremely ill.
